Prayer Request

"For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer." 1 Peter 3:12

"Is anyone among you suffering?  Let him pray.  Is anyone cheerful?  Let him sing praise.  Is anyone among you sick?  Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.  And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.  And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.  Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed.  The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working."  James 5:13-15

"The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."  Philippians 4:5-7

"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."  1 Thessalonians 5:17

God's people at St. John's delight to pray!  We pray for the communities we live in, the men and women who serve us as doctors, EMT's, police officers and firefighters.  We pray for our nation and the homes we live in.  We pray for those celebrating and we pray for those struggling with affliction or tragedy.

We would love to pray for you.  Please let us know if you want just the leaders to be in prayer or if you want this shared with the congregation.  If you want this shared with the congregation please read the note below.  You can submit a prayer request in one of two ways.
